TERMS AND CONDITIONS

To register for a tour a $500 deposit and completed registration form are required.  Balances are due 30 days before the tour begins, and are fully refundable up to 60 days before the tour begins. Cancellations made less than 60 days before the beginning of the tour are non-refundable but may be applied to another tour, less a $100 service charge. Cancellations or transfers must be made in writing.

 

Payment is accepted by check or credit card. Checks should be made payable to MY MEXICO TOURS and mailed to PO Box 2457, Santa Cruz, CA 95063.To pay by credit card, please contact me to request an invoice. Credit card payments are subject to a 2% service charge.

 

Price quoted for each tour is for double occupancy. Single occupancy is available on a limited basis by paying a supplement.  The amount of the supplement differs with each tour; see specific tour overview for the correct amount. At some hotel upgrades to Junior or Maser suites are available. You will be notified of this option and the upgrade supplement upon registration.


MY MEXICO TOURS acts solely as an agent for transportation, accommodations, and some meals. We assume no responsibility for any injury, delay, loss, or damage to persons or property caused by any persons, firm, corporation, or other legal entity providing services incidental to these tours.

Any expense incurred by delays or events beyond the control of MY MEXICO TOURS, such as weather, political instability, medical emergency, shall be borne by the participants.

The itinerary is subject to change due to local circumstances. MY MEXICO TOURS reserves the right to substitute accommodations and services of comparable value when necessary.

MY MEXICO TOURS reserves the right to cancel the trip before departure if deemed advisable. In the event of trip cancellation, liability will be limited to a refund of all funds received to date. Expenses incurred by the participant in preparation for the trip, such as airline tickets or vaccinations, are not the responsibility of MY MEXICO TOURS.

There are no refunds for unused portions of the trip. The trip is priced as a package and therefore credits are not given for services offered but not used.

You agree to have a valid passport in order to enter the country. MY MEXICO TOURS cannot accept responsibility if you are refused entry to a country due to incorrect documentation. You agree to have proper identification on your person at all times.

MY MEXICO TOURS retains the right to accept or decline any member of the tour at any time.

MY MEXICO TOURS will not accept responsibility or liability for any traveler who breaks any law or regulation of any country visited.

 

The famous No Whiners Clause: While traveling with MY MEXICO TOURS, you agree to accept the authority of the trip leader or local specialist at all times. You are aware that you will be traveling in the developing world where the standards of hygiene, safety, and timeliness are not the same as you experience at home. You understand that travel with a group requires flexibility and compromise.
